Z. K. Jatoi is the founder of Z. K. Jatoi & Associates. He was an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and he had been elected as President of the Sindh High Court Bar Association in the year 2013-2014, apart from being elected as the President of Sindh High Court Bar Association, before this he had also been elected as Vice-President of the Sindh High Court Bar Association twice and had nearly 50 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial matters including mergers, acquisitions, disinvestments, intellectual property, anti-trust, banking, finance and project finance, taxation, labor laws, civil and family laws.
